This is OUTRAGEOUS!! This species is still teetering in alot of it's range, and is Migratory. Hunting it will afect it's overall population hundreds of miles away along it's migratory path. It also promises to have a devastating affect should a disease outbreak affect the remaing flock-with numbers so low!!!
